A1 المعولية، وفاء بنت أحمد بن صالح A2 الفواعير، أحمد محمد جلال A2 القصابي، خليفة بن أحمد بن حميد A2 جاسم، محمود A2 الخواجة، عبد الفتاح محمد A2 رضوان، سامر جميل A2 العاني، مها عبد المجيد جواد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين مهارات حل الخلافات الزوجية والتسامح الزواجي لدى عينة من المتزوجات العاملات في مدارس محافظة جنوب الباطنة، ومعرفة الفروق فيها تبعاً لمتغير العمر ومدة سنوات الزواج. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (401) امرأة متزوجة تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم تطبيق مقياسين مقياس مهارات حل الخلافات (1983,Rahim)، ومقياس التسامح الزواجي (2009,Regalia & Fincha Palear) وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مهارة "الاندماج من المهارات الأكثر استخداماً في حل الخلافات، في حين أن مهارة "التجنب" ومهارة "السيطرة" تعتبر من المهارات الأقل استخداماً لدى عينة الدراسة. كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التسامح الزواجي لدى عينة الدراسة جاء متوسطاً. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في جميع أبعاد مهارات حل الخلافات باستثناء بعد (السيطرة) حيث يوضح وجود فروق تعزى لمتغيرات العمر لصالح المتزوجات العاملات ذات الأعمار الأكثر من (40) سنة ومدة سنوات الزواج لصالح المتزوجات اللاتي تجاوزت فترة زواجهن أكثر من 20 سنة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين أفراد عينة الدراسة في مستوى التسامح الزواجي تُعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة. وقد فسرت نتائج نموذج الانحدار (5.6%) من التباين في مهارات حل الخلافات. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the relationship between marital conflict resolutions skills and marital forgiveness among the sample of married women working at schools in the South Al Batinah Governorate and find out the differences in them according to the variables of age and the marriage years. The study sample consists of (401) married women who were selected randomly. The correlational descriptive design was used. Conflict Resolution Measure (Rahim, 1983) and Marital Forgiveness Measure (Paleari, Regalia & Fincham,2009) were used. The results showed that the Integrating style was the most used, while the Avoiding and Disregarding were less used. The results showed that the level of marital forgiveness was moderate. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in all conflict resolution skills except disregarding where due to age in favor of women who their ages are more than 40 years old, and due to marriage years in favor of who have been married more than 20 years. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of marital forgiveness due to age and marriage year's variables.
