A1 منصوري، يحيى A2 بومجان، نادية A2 رابحي، إسماعيل A2 جعفر، صباح A2 تومي، سامية A2 بو أحمد، يحيى A2 صالح، يمينة AB This study aims to propose a dialatical and behavioural programme based on mental mindfulness skills, which increases Mindfullness with a view to reducing the symptoms of avoidance personality disorder in a group of educated adolescents (Show fear, show shame, offer irresponsibility, display lack of self-confidence) and the study group has been diagnosed (who teach in Douissi Abdelkader in Tipaza) Through the application of both the avoidance personality measure and the mental mindfulness measure prepared by the researcher, a controversial behavioural mentoring program based on Mindfullness skills was built as an argumentative skill, judged by a group of adjudicative professors, and using the semi-experimental curriculum applied to the study group, consisting of six trained adolescents (03 females and 03 males), the results of the study have resulted in a high level of Mindfullness in the total study, With a partial reduction in the symptoms of their avoidance personality disorder, hence the possibility of proposing the program applied within the argumentative indicative programs, one of the most important suggestions of the study is the need to provide counselling and psychological counselling services at the level of all educational institutions to provide preventive and curative counselling services to teachers. Also proposing the establishment of follow-up cells for pupils with problems that hinder their course of study and the proposal to introduce extension services at the primary level, in order to observe pupils' behaviour and know the problems facing them and the need for parents to be aware of their children's and unusual symptoms in order to inform their professionals, In addition to providing sound development extension services by providing safe environments that help teachers and children in general to integrate into the social environment smoothly and finally, professors report to mentors the uneven behaviour of pupils while in the institution.
