A1 خميس، إيناس AB This research was conducted with the aim of measuring the degree of satisfaction of students of the Faculty of Agriculture - University of Alexandria with the application of both e-learning and hybrid education as a teaching method and a technical educational program and the acquisition of knowledge and skills. Personal Interviews were conducted as a tool for collecting data related to this research from a stratified sample of 300 male and female students enrolled in the bachelor’s level, including 139 male and 161 female students. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach, the data was unloaded and statistically analyzed using percentages, frequencies, arithmetic mean and standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, test T, ANOVA, LSD, using SPSS - V23. The results of the study resulted in the following: 1) The majority of respondents are somewhat satisfied with the application of e-learning, where their percentage reached 69.7%, while only 17.3% were completely satisfied, compared to 13.0% who were not satisfied. 2) The majority of the sample members are somewhat satisfied with the application of hybrid education, as their percentage reached 72.7%, while only 16.3% were completely satisfied, compared to 11.0% who were not satisfied. 3) 19.3% of the respondents faced severe learning difficulties during the study by applying the e-learning compared to 14.7% during the application of the hybrid education, the absence of the percentage of students who faced severe educational difficulties during the study by the application of the e-learning compared to 12.7% during the hybrid education, while 24.3 % of the study sample faced severe psychological difficulties during the study by applying e-learning compared to 14.0% with hybrid education, and 20.3% of the study sample faced severe technical difficulties during the study by applying e-learning compared to 16.7% with hybrid education. 4) 23.3% of the respondents prefer the application of electronic education in the future, 44.7% of the sample members prefer the application of hybrid education, 32% of the study sample prefer the application of traditional education in the future. 5) There are no significant differences in the satisfaction of the sample members with the application of both e-learning and the application of hybrid education due to the variables of gender and the language in which they study the educational program. There are significant moral differences between the average scores of the sample members in the overall satisfaction with the application of both e-learning and the application of hybrid education in favor of the sample members who own a computer at home, and who have a permanent Internet network at home. 6) There is no significant difference in satisfaction with the application of both e-learning and the application of hybrid education due to the variables of place of residence, academic level and educational program of the sample members. 7) There is a difference at the level of significance 0.05 between the averages of the sample members in satisfaction with the application of e-learning in favor of students who have excellent skills in using the computer, and there is a significant difference at the level of significance of 0.001 among the averages of the sample members in satisfaction with the application of e-learning in favor of the students who have good internet at home. 8) There is a significant difference at the 0.01 level between the averages of the sample members in satisfaction with the application of hybrid education in favor of students who have a good internet network at home. 9) There is an inverse moral correlation between the degree of educational, psychological and technical difficulties that students faced during the study with the application of e-learning, hybrid education and the overall satisfaction with the application. The study recommended the necessity of holding intensive training courses for students in order to clarify the importance of e-learning, hybrid and information and communication technology, and to qualify them to deal with this technology.
