A1 العليمات، علي مصطفى A2 العدوان، زيد سليمان AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى امتلاك معلمات رياض الأطفال للمهارات الحياتية الخاصة بتعليم طفل الروضة من وجهة نظرهن. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (160) معلمة في العام الدراسي (2012-2013)، واستخدام الباحثان الاستبانه لجمع البيانات وتكونت من (34) فقرة. وأظهرت النتائج أن مهارات التواصل الفعال جاءت في المرتبة الأولى من بين المهارات، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في استجابات المعلمات تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والدورات التدريبية فيما كانت دالة إحصائياً لمتغير الخبرة ولصالح معلمات رياض الاطفال ذوات الخبرة (5-10). وأوصت الدراسة بتفعيل المهارات الحياتية الخاصة في تعليم طفل الروضة بالمناهج الجامعية.
