The researcher used the qualitative research method and used the descriptive field method, and the interview and observation tool was used as a tool for the study. The sample population consisted of principals, agents, guides and teachers of public and international schools in Jeddah. The sample size was (20) individuals. Among the most important findings of the study: There are recreational activities such as the school year competition, especially in physical education curricula such as football, swimming, and basketball, The process of evaluating teachers is carried out by holding two-hour assessment tests for teachers, and on the basis of the results, the teacher’s assessment is made and presented to teachers at the end of the year, and this concerns the development of the educational process, The existence of a partnership between the school and the civil defense, and the civil defense employees annually provide seminars or awareness lectures on everything related to security and safety, Among the academic enrichment measures is the provision of multiple resources in the school library and websites, The strategies used during teaching are often according to the teacher and his competence, and the mechanism for solving educational problems related to students is under the supervision of the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, in the presence of student advisors. As for the most important recommendations: It must be supervised by administrators on the school yard and external parking to ensure the safety and security of students, The necessity of contracting with a specialized food company to supply different types of healthy meals to suit all students, It is necessary to periodically evaluate teachers, whether in terms of educational ability by holding periodic tests or from a psychological and behavioral aspect, and the teacher’s ability to withstand students’ pressures and deal well with them, Providing a medical clinic with basic equipment and assigning a partial assignment to a member of the school staff who has an approved course in first aid so that he can help students or teachers in the event of any sudden fatigue or injury, God forbid, and there must be some classroom activities, such as teaching extracurricular values that will raise the intellectual and moral level of the student.
