A1 الخالدي، ظبية علي AB The objective of this research is to identify the role of kindergarten teachers in order to develop digital citizenship for the kindergarten children. The research used descriptive survey approach in showing this role. The study focused on random sample of 178 teachers out of 432 which represented the whole number of the kindergarten teachers in Al-Hasa region. During the development of this paper, the researcher utilized a questionnaire survey based on a previous theoretical literature which includes 30 questions or points. The questioner items constructed according to two categories. The first category was based on demographical information such as age, qualifications and work experience. The second category was demonstrating number of other factors such as education, the value of respect and children protections. After sample questionnaire was represented to the concern academic faculties and senior specialists, the survey was published so the objectives can be measured and achieved in this research paper. The results show that the role of the kindergarten teacher in improving the digital citizenship among the children is significantly higher than any other roles. Moreover, the outcomes show that there is not impact in regard of the age , impact in regard of experience expect for teachers with 10 years of experience and qualification educators who are holding postgraduate degrees.
