A1 الدوسري، هند محمد فهاد AB The study aimed to identify the role of the working mother in the blended learning style from the point of view of female teachers in Al-Ahsa Governorate. The results of the study showed the presence of advantages for the blended education of the role of the working mother to a large extent with an arithmetic average of (2,69), and the presence of obstacles to the blended education of the role of the working mother to a large extent, with an average of (3,06), and the researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: Follow-up services and centers for the child in the event the mother is at work, preparing lectures explaining the importance of blended education for the stage, and preparing courses that help the working mother deal with professional and psychological pressures.
