A1 زمار، محمد A2 علوان، رفيق A2 مزاري، فاتح AB تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين الثقة بالنفس والأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى طلبة التربية البدنية والرياضية المقبلين على التخرج. استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية على (34) طالب، وتم استخدام مقياس الثقة بالنفس لقواسمة وفرح ومقياس الأفكار اللاعقلانية، أما الوسائل الإحصائية فتمثلت في المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، وتم التوصل إلى أنّ مستوى الثقة بالنفس متوسط والأفكار اللاعقلانية مرتفع، ووفقا للنتائج المتوصل إليها يوصي الباحثون بضرورة العمل على الاهتمام بالأنشطة والبرامج المختلفة التي تعزز مستوى الثقة بالنفس لدى الطالب الجامعي، وبناء برامج ارشادية عقلانية انفعالية لتعديل الأفكار اللاعقلانية والتي تنعكس سلبا على الصحة النفسية للطلبة وكذا محاولة خفض من انتشار الأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى الطلبة وذلك من خلال البرامج التوعوية والتثقيفية والنفسية.
