A1 أبو منديل، عبير جميعان A2 الصوفي، حمدان عبد الله A2 نجم، منور عدنان محمد A2 شرير، رنده عيد AB هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور المكتبات الرقمية في تلبية احتياجات طلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ظل الأزمات والطوارئ وسبل تفعيله، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بمدخله التحليلي، وقد تم اعتماد الاستبانة أداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات، والتي طبقت على عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا بالجامعات الفلسطينية الثلاث (الإسلامية، والأقصى، والأزهر)، بلغت (179) طالب وطالبة، إذ تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية. و كان من أهم النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة: 1) درجة تقدير عينة الدراسة لدور المكتبات الرقمية في تلبية احتياجات طلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الفلسطينية؛ حصلت على وزن نسبي قدره (76.80%)، أي بدرجة مرتفعة. 2) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 a) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور المكتبات الرقمية في تلبية احتياجات طلبة الدراسات العليا بالجامعات الفلسطينية تعزى لمتغير الجنس والتخصص والجامعة، والمستوى الدراسي. 2) وبعد عرض النتائج تقدمت الدراسة بعديد من التوصيات، كان من أهمها: 1) ضرورة أن تقوم إدارة المكتبات بالجامعات الفلسطينية بعقد ندوات تثقيفية حول مهارات استخدام المكتبات الرقمية. 2) ضرورة الارتقاء بالخدمات البحثية التي تقدمها المكتبات الرقمية والقيام بأرسال البحوث العلمية عبر البريد الإلكتروني لجميع طلبة الدراسات العليا. In the three Palestinian universities (Islamic, Al-Aqsa, and Al-Azhar), it reached (179) male and female students, as the sample was chosen by the stratified random method. Among the most important results of the study were the following: 1) The study sample’s estimate of the degree of the role of digital libraries in meeting the needs of graduate students in Palestinian universities; It obtained a relative. weight of (76.80%), which is a high degree. 2) There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the average estimates of the study sample members for the role of digital libraries in meeting the needs of graduate students in Palestinian universities due to the variable gender, specialization, university, and stage of study. After presenting the results, the study made many recommendations, the most important of which were: 1) The necessity for the Palestinian universities’ libraries administration to hold educational seminars on the skills of using digital libraries. 2) The necessity of upgrading the research services provided by digital libraries.
