They research Checked two ways of Validity: The first one is Validity of content Validity of arbitrators and constructive honesty Factor analysis, The Reliability of the scale was also verified in two ways: a method using the Kronbach alpha equation and Retest and internal consistency, and moderation. The results showed an accepted validity and reliability indications for the scale.
