The sample of the study consisted of (300) male and female students of secondary school in Giza Governorate (189 male students and 111 female students). The study used a tolerance scale prepared by Heartland to localize the left-handed fineness 2013), the scale of gratitude prepared by the researcher and the measure of self-confidence prepared by the researcher, the study reached to the following results: The presence of statistically significant differences between the responses of respondents in tolerance and gratitude by parents from the viewpoint of their children attributed to the gender of the student "males - females" in favor of males as well as the absence of statistically significant differences between the responses of respondents in tolerance and gratitude by parents from the point of view of Their children are attributed to the students "literary-scientific" specialization, and the existence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the respondents in the tolerance and gratitude of the parents from the viewpoint of their children is attributed to the level of confidence of the student "high-medium low" in favor of high self-confidence.
