A1 العفيفي، مها هاشم محمد A2 الدجني، إياد علي A2 سلمان، محمد إبراهيم A2 المزين، سليمان حسين موسى AB هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري المرحلة الأساسية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في الحد من الفاقد التعليمي من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وسبل تطوير هذا الدور. وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الأساسية في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية، والبالغ عددهم (6353). وقد تمّ تطبيق أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) على عينة عشوائية من (362) معلم ومعلمة، حيث تكوّنت الاستبانة من (34) فقرة موزّعة على أربعة مجالات، واستخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لذلك. وقد توصّلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى الآتي: 1) أن درجة الموافقة على دور مديري المدارس الأساسية في الحد من الفاقد التعليمي في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين من وجهة نظر معلميهم جاءت بوزن نسبي (80.84%)، أي بدرجة كبيرة. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدور مديري المدارس في الحد من الفاقد التعليمي في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في المجالات مجتمعة تُعزى لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي للمدير، بينما توجد فروق تُعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة للمدير بين كل من الذين أجابوا أن سنوات خدمة مديريهم تتراوح من 8 إلى أقل من 15 سنة، وبين الذين أجابوا أنّ سنوات خدمة مديريهم 15 سنة فأكثر، لصالح 15 سنة فأكثر. 3) تقديم مجموعة من السبل لتطوير دور مديري المرحلة الأساسية في الحد من الفاقد التعليمي .وبناء على نتائج الدراسة، كان من أبرز ما أوصت به الباحثة ما يلي: 1) تخفيف الأعباء الإدارية الملقاة على عاتق المعلمين للتفرغ لتجهيز الأنشطة العلاجية، والتركيز على العملية التعليمية؛ 2) تجهيز المكتبات المدرسية بالكتب والقصص اللازمة، وتجهيز المختبرات بالأدوات العلمية لإجراء التجارب، وتوفير أجهزة حاسوب كافية في مختبرات الحاسوب. 3) استضافة خبرات من المجتمع المحلي لعقد لقاءات لتعزيز المهارات الرقمية لدى المعلمين وأولياء الأمور. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to identify the role of school principals of the basic stage in the southern governorates of Palestine in reducing educational loss, from the point of view of teachers, and ways to develop this role. The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of male and female teachers of the basic stage in the government schools in the southern governorates of Palestine, numbering (6,353) teachers. The study tool was a questionnaire that was applied to a random sample of (362) male and female teachers. The questionnaire consisted of (34) items divided into four domains, and the researcher used appropriate statistical methods for the analysis. The study reached the following results: 1) The degree of agreement on the role of basic school principals in reducing educational loss in the southern governorates of Palestine from the point of view of their teachers was large, with a relative weight of (80.84%). 2) There were no statistically significant differences at the level (α<0.05) between the sample members’ average estimates of the role of school principals in reducing educational loss in the southern governorates of Palestine in the fields combined due to the variables of gender and educational qualification of the principal. There were differences attributed to the variable of years of service for the principal among those who answered that the years of service of their principal ranged from 8 to less than 15 years, and among those who answered that the years of service of their principal were 15 years or more, in favor of 15 years or more. 3) A set of ways has been identified to develop the role of basic stage principals in reducing educational loss. Based on the results of the study, the most important recommendations of the researcher were the following: 1) Reducing the administrative burdens placed on teachers so as to devote themselves to preparing remedial activities and to focus on the educational process. 2) Equipping school libraries with the necessary books and stories, equipping laboratories with scientific tools to conduct experiments, and providing sufficient computers in computer laboratories. 3) Hosting experts from the local community to hold meetings to enhance the digital skills of teachers and parents.
