A1 أبو مقدم، أروى A2 مخامرة، كمال خليل AB هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في تربية وتعليم/جنوب الخليل لنمط القيادة بالحب من وجهة نظر المعلمين. تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في تربية وتعليم/جنوب الخليل للعام الدراسي 2021/2022م والبالغ عددهم 1187 معلما ومعلمة. أما عينة الدراسة فقد بلغت 122 معلمة ومعلمة، اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية بنسبة 10 % تقريبا من مجتمع الد ارسة. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدما الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقاما بتطوير استبانة تكونت من 54 فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات هي: حب المدير لمدرسته، حب المدير للمعلمين، حب المدير للطلبة، حب المدير ألولياء الأمور، وحب المدير لنفسه. وزّعت إلكترونيا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في تربية وتعليم/ جنوب الخليل لنمط القيادة بالحب من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، مع عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في تربية وتعليم/ جنوب الخليل لنمط القيادة بالحب من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى إلى متغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing primary schools’ principals’ leadership style with love from the teachers’ perspective in the South Hebron directorate. The study population in south Hebron is 1187 teachers (males and females) in 2022/2021. The study sample consisted of 122 males and females. They were chosen randomly with a percentage of 10% approximately from the study population. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive-analytical method, and the researcher adopted and developed a questionnaire for Daghmash (2019). The questionnaire consisted of 54 paragraphs that were divided into five areas: the principal's love for his school, his love for teachers, his love for students, his love for parents, and the principal's love for himself. The results of the study showed that the degree of the principal's practices for leadership style with love from the teachers' perspective with a high degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences to identify the degree of practicing primary schools’ principals’ leadership style with love from the teachers’ perspective in the South Hebron directorate due to gender, educational qualification, and years of experience.
