A1 عبد الحميد، مصطفى عبد اللطيف A2 مجيد، مصطفى هاني AB This research aims to enhance the skill performance based on learning cycle model and compute its effectiveness through applying the model on fourth grade experimental sample. The sample consisted of (76) students, the post skill experimental Design (the control group and the experimental group) was adopted, also the teaching plans was adopted in compliance with learning cycle model in the post skill test by using the Skill performance evaluation form. The researcher used many Statistical means in the data processing operation. The statistical means shows the superiority of the experimental group in the post skill exam. In order to prove effectiveness of using the learning cycle model which was intended for this purpose, in terms of the sequence and organization of information and the steps of executing the art education skills.
