A1 الزامل، عواطف عليان مفلح AB The study aimed to investigate the availability of educational competencies for Arabic language teachers at the secondary stage in government schools in the education of the Taybeh and Al Wasatia, Irbid districts during the teaching process, and the extent to which Arabic language teachers use educational competencies according to the variables and fields of educational competencies during teaching. Due to its suitability for study, the results of the study showed that the degree of availability of competencies related to the field of observance of educational philosophy and its objectives among Arabic language teachers in the Taybeh and Al Wasatia, Irbid districts was at a (good) degree, so the adequacy of (good at classifying the behavioral objectives of the literary texts subject ranked first, as it achieved an arithmetic mean of 3.91). The researcher recommended increasing training programs for Arabic language teachers at the level of the Kingdom to increase their ability to possess different educational competencies.
