A1 عبد المطلب، أم هاشم محمد عبد الباقي A2 إسماعيل، زيتون عبود أحمد AB The current research aimed to conceptualize a proposal for the establishment of the Center for Children's Studies for Professional Development in the light of Vision 2030 for Saudi Arabia from the point of view of early childhood teachers at Imam Abdul Rahman Bin Faisal University. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire of 37 individuals comprising three basic dimensions was prepared, and applied to a sample of (54) teachers, and the research reached several conclusions, the most important of which: the reality of the professional development of early childhood teachers in Dammam city needs a great attention continuously in light of the vision of the Kingdom 2030, Scientific studies on the training needs of the professional development of early childhood teachers should also be available, and the research also presented a proposed vision for the establishment of the Center for Early Childhood Studies for Professional Development in light of Vision 2030 for Saudi Arabia at Imam Abdul Rahman Bin Faisal University Faculty of Education From the point of view of the teachers of early childhood in Dammam.
