A1 الصوي، صفاء حسني أحمد A2 عباس، حارث عبود A2 أبو موسى، مفيد أحمد A2 جويفل، مصطفى AB هدفت الدراسة كشف التحديات التي واجهت معلمات رياض الأطفال في تطبيق التعلّم عن بعد خلال جائحة كورونا في عمّان وسبل مواجهتها من وجهة نظرهن، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت أداة الاستبانة للوصول إلى هدف الدراسة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، إذ طبقت على عينة مكونة من (120) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال للعام الدراسي 2021/2022 تمّ اختيارهن بالطريقة المتاحة، ووزّعت عليهن الاستبانة بشكل إلكتروني. أظهرت النتائج وجود تحديات واجهتها معلمات رياض الأطفال في تطبيقهن التعلّم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا متعلقة بالبيئة الاجتماعية وكانت قيمة المتوسط الحسابي (3.82)، تليها تحديات متعلقة بالتواصل في التعليم وكانت قيمة المتوسط الحسابي (3.68)، كما أظهرت أن متغير سنوات الخبرة في التعليم لم يكن مؤثرا في طبيعة التحديات التي واجهتها معلمات رياض الأطفال أثناء تطبيق التعلّم عن بعد خلال جائحة كورونا، حيث تراوحت قيم F بين (1.418) و(1.861) للمحاور الأربعة، وهي غير دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α) وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير فرص تدريبية للمعلمات في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم وتطوير برامج التدريب المهني لتنمية معارفهن حول كيفية مواجهة المعوقات في تطبيق ادوات التعلّم عن بعد، وتوفير البنية التحتية الإلكترونية اللازمة للتعليم عن بعد مثل الأجهزة والمعدات وشبكات الاتصال.
