A1 العتيبي، عبد الله غازي الدعجاني AB The study aimed to achieve the main objective, identify the relationship of school leaders' practice of participatory leadership on teacher work stress. The sample of the study consisted of a random sample of (264) male and female teachers. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: school leaders from the perspective of teachers, showed the results showed that there is an effect of the practice of participatory leadership on the work pressure of teachers, and revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the sex variable in favor of females in participatory leadership, and in favor of males. The results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the different years of academic work experience in the education for the benefit of the study sample with years of experience of five years and less than ten years, in the focus of the practice of participatory leadership, while it was in favor of the members of the sample.
