To achieve this goal; The two researchers prepared a theoretical study on: 1) the knowledge economy: its essence, characteristics, and pillars, the knowledge economy and the fourth industrial revolution, the knowledge economy indicators, and Egypt's efforts to join the knowledge economy, confirming its strategic vision 2030, and the knowledge economy skills to be included in science and social studies curricula. 2) Examples of global scope and sequence matrices, then preparing research tools, which are: (Questionnaires to identify a list of knowledge economy skills - analysis cards for science and social studies textbooks - questionnaires to define scope and sequence matrices for science and social studies curricula from fourth to third grades Prep). Several results of the research were reached, the most important of which were: (Determining a list of knowledge economy skills- designing curriculum document- designing scope and sequence matrices for science education curricula, social studies (elementary - preparatory stage), and a set of recommendations and proposed researches that could benefit those in charge of making science and national social studies curricula.
