A1 القرني، نورة عوض AB The aim of this study is to identify the extent to which Overall Quality Management can be applied in school management and the obstacles that hinder its application from the viewpoint of secondary school leaders in the education of west of Riyadh. (Leadership and effective school planning, school curricula and tests, the use of improved educational technology, the school’s contribution to community development) was applied to a sample of (34) leaders. The results of the study showed that the possibility of applying total quality management in the school administration was medium and with an average of (3.49). The study included several recommendations, including the need to spread the culture of total quality management by the educational administration, and the involvement of the community in decision-making.
