A1 مراد، أسماء مراد صالح AB This study aims to identifying the current situation of talent management at faculties of industrial education in Egypt, clarifying the relationship between talent management and the competitive advantage at faculties of industrial education in Egypt, introducing suggested proposal for talent management to strengthen the competitive advantage of the faculties of industrial education in Egypt. The study followed the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire used as a data collection tool. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: 1) There is a lack of participation of talented people in the construction of strategic plans considering strategic planning as responsibility limited to senior management faculty. 2) Controlling the pattern of bureaucratic organization and bureaucratic leadership among the administrative leaders at faculties of industrial education. 3) Lack of interest in the provision of specialized programs to refine and develop the skills of staff at faculty. 4) Poor reliance on talented people in training new employees at faculty.
