A1 لوجاني، عبد الوهاب A2 سماعيل، عيسى AB تهدف هذه الورقة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين أنماط التفكير وسلوك إبداع القادة، من خلال التعرف على أنماط التفكير وفقاً لمنظور هيرمان. ولهذا الغرض تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي عن طريق استبيان وزع على القيادات بجامعة تيسمسيلت (30 فرداً). وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن نمط التفكير A هو الأكثر انتشاراً بينهم في حين النمط الخاص بالإبداع D فكان في المرتبة الأخيرة. لذلك أوصت الدراسة بتسخير أنماطا من التفكير تكون أفضل وأكثر إنتاجاً، قائمة على التعاون والمشاركة، مع التركيز على الخطوط الأمامية (القادة) من أجل الحصول على سلوك قيادي ملهم للفريق لتشجيع التفكير الإبداعي (D) المتميز بكونه مصدر الإبداع ومقوماً من مقومات الأفراد والمدراء والقادة، وأيضاً لزيادة مهاراتهم بالتعامل مع الآخرين والاستماع لهم وتطوير أداء الفريق. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This paper aims to identify the relationship between patterns of thinking and the behavior of leader’s creativity by identifying patterns of thinking according to Herman's perspective. For this purpose, it was based on the descriptive method through a questionnaire distributed to the leaders of the University of Tissemsilt (30 individuals). The results of the study concluded that the thinking pattern A is the most prevalent among them while the pattern for creativity D was in the last rank, so the study recommended adopting the best and most productive thinking patterns, based on cooperation and participation, and focusing on the front lines (leaders) for inspiring leadership behavior for the team to encourage creative thinking (D), distinguished by being the source of creativity and made up of individuals, managers and leaders, and also to increase their skills in dealing with others, listening to them and developing team’s performance.
