A1 الشراب، ساميا فرحان عبد الرحمن AB This study aims to identify the quality of the work life of male and female teachers of sciences in the Wadi Al-Seer district in the Amman, Jordan. The study population consisted of all teachers who teach sciences for the primary stage in the schools of Directorate of Education of the Wadi Al-Seer district in the capital of Jordan during the first semester of the academic year (2019/2020), which was (120) teachers (mal, and female). The study sample consisted of (65) teachers who responded to this study. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (43) paragraphs divided into four areas. The results of the study showed that the quality of the work life of teachers of sciences Wadi Al-Seer district in the capital of Jordan was significant. The four fields are ranked in descending order according to the level of quality of work life as follows: human relations field in first place with (very large) level, the field of job satisfaction ranked second with (large) level, and the area of participation in decision-making came in the third place with (average) level, and the field of school environment came in fourth place with the (average) level. The results showed no statistically significant differences between the averages of the individuals of the study sample due to the study variables (gender, years of experience, and there is an impact of interaction between the two variables). The study recommended that more studies be conducted on the subject of quality of work life for teachers of Jordanian public and private schools and other independent variables.
