A1 الحميداني، جواهر فلاح لافي AB This study aimed to determine the required educational efficiencies for teaching the developed English language textbooks. This will be done through answering the following questions: 1) what are the required efficiencies for English language teachers to teach the developed curriculum in the intermediate stage? 2) What is the mastering degree of required efficiencies for English language teachers to teach the developed curriculum in the intermediate stage? 3) Are there significant differences in the degree of mastering of the teaching efficiencies of English language teachers due to the variables of the study (qualification - years of service - training courses)? The researcher used in her study the descriptive approach, questionnaire. The tool of the study was applied on all English language teachers in intermediate stage in Al-Methnab province (24) teachers, due to the small study population. Data processing statistically using frequencies, percentages, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation, Cronbach's alpha and ' Mann-Whitney U ' test. The study has reached some results from which: 1) the arbitrators have agreed on the necessary of the mastering of (64) efficiencies. 2) English language teachers mastered the efficiencies of planning, execution and evaluation teachers within average score. The arithmetic average was (2.20), (2.36) and (2.07). 3) There are not statistical significant at the level ≤ 0.05 among the averages of the sample of the study concerning the score of the mastering of the required efficiencies for teaching the developed English language curriculum at English language teachers due to years of service, qualification and training courses. Recommendations: 1) make use of the questionnaire in self-assessment and evaluating the efficiencies of English language teachers. 2) Set up educational bags, which should have aspects of planning, execution and evaluation for some lessons of English language in the developed curriculum. Suggestions: 1) evaluate the performance of English language teachers in the light of the educational efficiencies. 2) Determine the educational needs of English language teachers in the light of the efficiencies needed to teach the developed curriculum.
