A1 العيسى، غزيل سعد AB The aim of this study is to try to build a conceptual perception of main dimensions that have an overlapping effect on the organizational behavior of the employee: the additional voluntary behavior of the employee, or the so-called regulatory citizenship behavior, self-motivation. From the current consideration of the behavior of organizational citizenship as one of the foundations of the success of organizations due to its multiple positive organizational effects. Thus, organizations oblige to look for factors influencing develop such behavior and whether there are factors that limit or cut their appearance among members of the organization. The study concluded with a number of results. The most prominent of these are: the behavior of organizational citizenship and self-motivation, as they are interrelated, are also associated with many variables related to performance, both of which originate in the person without looking for external incentives. The behavior of organizational citizenship may be positively affected over the long run, if this behavior is reinforced from time to time, on the one hand, on the other hand, if taking more contributions or voluntary contributions when dealing with it. One of the most prominent recommendations of the study is that since there is a great overlap between the behavior of organizational citizenship and self-motivation, may be the beginning to develop the behavior of citizenship regulatory is the development of self-motivation first of the people and factors that may affect them, and based on the growing importance of the behavior and nature of organizational citizenship overlapping with individual self-motivation. It is incumbent upon the organizations to give serious and intensive attention to this behavior and to promote the factors that help in its emergence, development, and continuity in general and to promote of self-motivation in particular and the organization's appreciation of the behavior of the employee's other behavior or volunteerism.
