The research sample consisted of (30) subjects. (15) men teachers and (15) women teachers the experimental design of experimental and control groups with post cognitive achievement test was adopted with (20) questions. The teaching plans were adopted according to the strategies. After verifying the validity and reliability of the cognitive achievement test, the researcher used many statistical methods to process the data. The excellence of the experimental group emerged in the post-cognitive achievement test.
