A1 محمد، بثينة محمود AB The research aims to explore the effectiveness of a constructivism-based training course on developing reflective teaching skills of the female students attending the general diploma in education. To answer this research question, the researcher defined the reflective teaching skills, set their importance ,specified the application and the most important studies they are stated in. A list of the most important reflective teaching skills needed by female teachers was set and used to develop an observation card .The research participants are selected teachers of the preparatory stage attending the general diploma in education, one year system. The constructivism-based training course on developing reflective teaching skills was set and applied on the selected female teachers. The research findings were positive confirming the effect of the course on developing reflective teaching skills.
