A1 الصعيدي، محمد الشناوي أمين A2 الشرقاوي، جمال مصطفى عبد الرحمن A2 إبراهيم، رشا أحمد AB This research aimed at identifying the skills of producing electronic courses and revealing the impact of instructional design expert system to develop the skills of producing electronic courses among graduate students of the Faculty of Education .To achieve this objective the study sample was consisted of (35) students chosen randomly as one experimental group and he used one group pre- post test design to develop cognitive and performance aspects among professional diploma students department of education technology at the faculty of education because they have deficiencies and weaknesses in these skills .The researcher used a range of tools such as the achievement test to measure the cognitive achievement of these skills , observation sheet to measure the performance of these skills and also another sheet to assess the performance of the students. The study sample represents the experimental group who was pretested before the implementation of the program. The program was taught, then a post test was applied to see how much students get improved. The results were statistically analyzed. The results showed the presence of statistically significant differences in cognitive achievement and performance in the skills of producing Electronic - courses attributable to the teaching mode the study sample reached the mastery level in both the cognitive domain and performance. Because it save time, make learning and access to information easy and make the learners in constant vigilance for all variables of learning.
