A1 محمد، الوصيفي محمد أحمد AB The study aimed at determining the trends for developing the courses of grammar and morphology, which are taught for Al-Azhar secondary stage students between two groups of faculty members at Al-Azhar University related to these curricula. They are experts and professors of grammar and morphology at the faculties of Arabic language and Islamic and Arabic studies. Moreover, the study aimed at comparing the trends of these two groups towards developing the mentioned curricula. For achieving these two purposes, the researcher administered a questionnaire of (47) trends for a sample of the first group (28) and a sample of the second group (25). The results showed that the experts of linguists considered (46) trends with 97.9% are required and necessary for developing grammar and morphology, while the experts of curricula and instruction in Arabic language considered that all trends are required and necessary for developing these curricula. Furthermore, the results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the trends of both groups.
