A1 مصيبح، وردة AB يعتبر الجودة الشاملة من المصطلحات التي برزت بصفة كبيرة أولاً في المؤسسات الصناعية ثم امتدت لتشمل حتى المؤسسات الخدماتية وعلى رأسها مؤسسات التعليم العالي التي قامت بتبني هذا المبدأ الذي يهدف إلى اتقان مخرجات التعليم وتحقيق الأهداف التي تصبو إليها الجامعات.من هنا جاءت أهمية تطبيق مبدأ الجودة الشاملة بمؤسسات التعليم العالي بإعتبارها عامل أساسي في إعداد منظومة جامعية متكاملة من طلاب وأساتذة جامعيين وإداريين. ونهدف في بحثنا هذا إلى معرفة القيمة المضافة من وراء تبني إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالجامعات، ودورها في الرفع من المستوى التعليمي للطالب من جهة ومن الآداء الوظيفي للأستاذ من جهة أخرى. وقد تناولنا في بحثنا هذا مفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالجامعات، عناصرها أهم معايير ومتطلباتها تطبيقها. ونحص بالذكر في دراستنا هذه معهد علم المكتبات والمعلومات بقسنطينة والذي قمنا بدراسة مدخلاته من أساتذة وطلبة وغيرها من العناصر الأخرى. ثم قمنا بتحليل العملية التعليمية. لمعرفة طبيعة مخرجاتها. اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي مستعينين بأداة الإستبانة الموجهة لأساتذة المعهد الدائمين. كذلك اعتمدنا على أداة المقابلة والتي أجريت مع أحد أعضاء خلية الجودة بمعهد علم المكتبات والتوثيق. Hence the importance of applying TQM in institutions of higher education as a key factor in the preparation of a comprehensive university system based on globally recognized standards and mechanisms taking into account students, faculty and administrators. In this research, we discuss the concept of TQM in universities discuss the concept of TQM in universities highlighting its most important standards and requirements through the analysis of inputs. The study is carried out at the Institute of Library and Documentation Science in Constantine, involving teachers, students as well as other elements. Then we analyze the educational process in providing information, training and the flexibility of the curriculum. Finally, we analyze the outputs of this educational process by identifying the cognitive gain of students that leads to their integration in the labor market. Il est importance d'appliquer la gestion de la qualité totale dans les établissements d'enseignement supérieur en tant que facteur clé pour la préparation d'un système universitaire global reposant sur des mécanismes mondialement reconnus prenant en compte les étudiants, les professeurs et les administrateurs. Dans cette étude, nous discutons le concept de gestion de la qualité totale dans les universités selon les normes et exigences internationales à travers l'analyse des intrants, nécessaires à l'amélioration de la qualité de l'enseignement supérieur. Un questionnaire est distribué aux enseignants et étudiants de l'Institut de la bibliothéconomie et documentation à l’université de Constantine2. L’approche descriptive est utilisée pour analyser les données obtenues et identifier le processus éducatif en matière d’information, de formation et de flexibilité du curriculum ainsi que le gain cognitif des étudiants qui conduit à leur intégration dans le marché du travail et aussi les infrastructures disponibles afin de mener les activités académiq.
