A1 أحمد، حسام أحمد جابر A2 قرني، أسامة محمود A2 عباس، هشام سيد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصوّر مقترح لتحسين الخدمة التعليمية المقدّمة لطلاب كلية التربية- بجامعة بني سويف في ضوء بعض النماذج الجامعية المعاصرة، وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع الخدمة التعليمية التى تقدمها كلية التربية- جامعة بني سويف؛ التعرف على الخبرات الأجنبية والعربية في تقديم الخدمات التعليمية الجيدة، وكيفية الاستفادة منها في تطبيقها وتقديم تصوّر مقترح لتحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية في كلية التربية- جامعة بني سويف. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، باستخدام أسلوب دراسة الحالة الذي يقوم على إجراء مقابلات للتعرف على واقع الخدمة التعليمية؛ وتم تصميم استبيان للتعرف على معوقات تطبيق الخدمة التعليمية في كلية التربية- جامعة بني سويف. فصول الدراسة: الفصل الأول: الإطار العام للدراسة؛ ويتضمن مقدمة الدراسة ومشكلتها وأهدافها وأهميتها، وكذلك منهج أدوات وعينة الدراسة، المصطلحات والدراسات السابقة والتعقيب عليها. الفصل الثاني: الخدمة التعليمية في الكليات الجامعية. الفصل الثالث: نماذج جامعية أجنبية وعربية في الخدمة التعليمية بكليات التربية. الفصل الرابع: الدراسة الميدانية، واقع الخدمة التعليمية التي تقدم في كلية التربية- جامعة بنى سويف. الفصل الخامس: التصور المقترح لتحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية بكلية التربية- جامعة بني سويف. نتائج الدراسة النظرية والميدانية وهدف التصور المقترح، وأبعاده، ومراحل تطبيقه، ومتطلبات تطبيقه، ومعوقاته وسبل التغلب عليها. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB Research aims to: Presenting a proposed pardigume to improve the educational service provided to the students of the Faculty of Education, Beni- Suef University in the light of some contemporary university models, by studying the reality of the educational service provided by the Faculty of Education - Beni Suef University. The study used the descriptive approach using the case study method, which was based 011 interviews to identify the quality of the educational service in the Faculty of Education - Beni Suef University. And the design of a questionnaire to identify obstacles to the application of the educational service at the Faculty of Education, Beni Suef University. To achieve the aims of the study, it has been presented in five chapters: Chapter One: determine the general framework of the study includes: an introduction, the study problem, its objectives, importance, method, tools, limits, terms, and previous studies with comment on them. Chapter Two: Educational service in the university colleges. Chapter Three: Foreign and Arab university models in the educational service in the faculties of education. Chapter Four Field study, the reality of the educational service provided by the Faculty of Education- University of Beni Suef. Chapter Five: The proposed vision for improving the quality of educational service at the Faculty of Education - Beni Suef University. The results of the theoretical and field study, the purpose of the proposed vision, its dimensions, stages of implementation, application requirements, obstacles and wavs to overcome them.
