A1 الشيباني، مروة شاكر رضا AB The educational discourse in children theatre is considered to be a major element in the education process, providing visual representation of information which is very simple and easy to understand for the minds of children of young age which makes them very acceptable and susceptible to the moral, health and psychological effects of the provided content, so it can have very constructive effects in the future of society and its progress. Educational discourse is a key element in the creation of a healthy generation, out of this necessity a set of subjects related to the educational discourse in the scripts of the Iraqi children’s theatres have been included in this research. Chapter one included the methodological structure of the research, represented in the problem, importance and the aim of the research in the uncovering of the educational discourse being of environmental and cultural importance. The second chapter included the theoretical structure represented in the following elements: (Speech and script, Iraqi children’s theatre in educational discourse). While the third chapter included the methodology of the research and sample analysis whereas the researcher had analyzed a sample from the research domain which was represented by (9) samples, in chapter four several results and conclusions had been reached and the researchers suggested a number of recommendations and suggestions and lastly ended the research with a list of references.
