A1 السويري، فلاح ضويحي AB The study aimed to identify the role of strategic management of human resources in achieving the job satisfaction of the schools of the Ahmadi region in the secondary schools in the Ahmadi state of Kuwait from the point of view of the teachers. The descriptive approach was used. The study sample consisted of (628) teachers, use the questionnaire as a study tool. The results of the study showed that the role of strategic management of human resources in achieving job satisfaction for al Ahmadi schools in the government secondary schools in the Ahmadi region of Kuwait from the point of view of the teachers came at an estimate (high). The results of the study also showed differences due to the effect of gender variable , while no differences were shown due to the effect of the variables (years of service, and qualification. The study recommended that the evaluators should recognize the implementation of the strategic management of human resources that the school climate and effective leadership are influential factors to achieve job satisfaction among employees and have a strong relationship with the teaching profession, and thus achieve teachers' satisfaction with work.
