A questionnaire was applied on A sample consisting of (82) experts in the field of training as well as Principles of public schools in Beni Suef Governorate in Egypt. The results of the study showed that the importance of Coaching training methods as a whole was great, The physical requirements were the first important, followed by the administrative requirements related to the planning of Coaching training programs with a great importance followed by the administrative requirements related to the organizing, and then came the human requirements. Moreover, there are many obstacles that hinder the application of effective Coaching training in Egyptian schools. The study reached suggested mechanisms for the implementation of Coaching training in schools through the following stages: changing the training philosophy and policies of the Ministry of Education, the formation of a Coaching training team, the identification of Coaching training objectives, the identification of Coaching training requirements from resources, the planning of Coaching training programs, and finally the evaluation and follow-up of Coaching training.
