A1 الضالعي، زبيدة عبد الله علي صالح A2 المخلافي، إفتهان عبده فرحان سيف AB The present study aims at identifying the educational problems that affect Taiz University Students’ Achievement in the Students’ Views. The sample of the study consists of 504 students of 7 colleges; the total number of Taiz University colleges. The study uses the descriptive method and the researchers prepared a questionnaire that consists of 28 items. After checking the questionnaire’s validity and the reliability it has been distributed to the target sample. The results of the study reveals that the most significant educational problems are: lack of halls (rooms) for educational facilities, limited equipment and materials in laboratories, limited use of teaching aids in lectures, increasing books’ prices; the subject matter books, using traditional teaching methods, practical courses taught in a theoretical manner, courses of specialization are taught by no specialist professors, course lectures are explained over a short period of time, students assessment based on their grades only in the test and the number of test questions does not fit the time allowed to answer. The results of the study also show that there are no significant differences for the effect of the educational problems on students’ achievement in students’ views regarding to gender and college variables. Finally, based on the results the present study suggests appropriate recommendations.
