A1 خلف الله، مها أحمد A2 البوني، عبد الرزاق عبد الله AB هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي معرفة مدي توفر الكفايات اللازمة لمعلمات رياض القبس للقيام بعملية الإرشاد النفسي للأطفال ومعرفة الفروق في درجه امتلاكهن الكفايات اللازمة للقيام بعملية الإرشاد تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة والتدريب والتخصص. العدد الكلي لمجتمع الدراسة في رياض القبس ولاية الخرطوم 80 معلمة تم اختيارهن كعينة مقصودة واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وتم تطبيق استبانة من إعداد الباحثة وتم تحليل البيانات الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) تتوفر الكفايات اللازمة للقيام بعملية الإرشاد النفسي للأطفال لدى المعلمات في رياض القبس بدرجة متوسطة. 2) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مدى توفر الكفايات اللازمة للقيام بعملية الإرشاد النفسي للأطفال لدى المعلمات في رياض القبس تبعا لمتغير الدورات التدريبية. 3) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مدى توفر الكفايات اللازمة للقيام بعملية الإرشاد النفسي للأطفال لدى المعلمات في رياض القبس تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. 4) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مدى توفر الكفايات اللازمة للقيام بعملية الإرشاد النفسي للأطفال لدى المعلمات في رياض القبس للقيام بعملية تبعا لمتغير التخصص. وأوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات أهمها: متابعة عملية التدريب أثناء الخدمة في ضوء مدخل الكفايات واقترحت الباحثة عده مقترحات أهمها: فعالية برنامج إرشادي على الكفايات اللازمة للمعلمات في رياض القبس للقيام بعملية الإرشاد النفسي للأطفال. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to investigate the availability of the necessary competencies for teachers of al-Qabas kindergarten to carry out psychological counseling for children and find out the differences in the degree of owning the competencies necessary to carry out the counseling due to variables: years of experience, training and specialization. The total number of community study in al-Qabas kindergartens in Khartoum State 80 teacher were selected as a intended sample and researcher followed the descriptive method. A questionnaire prepared by the researcher was applied statistical data analyzed by using statistical social packages and the study found the following results: Competencies necessary are available to carry out psychological counseling for children with teachers in al-Qabas kindergartens moderately. There are significant differences in Competencies necessary are available to carry out psychological counseling for children with teachers in al-Qabas kindergartens depending on the variable training courses. There are significant differences in Competencies necessary are available to carry out psychological counseling for children with teachers in al-Qabas kindergartens depending on years of experience. There are significant differences in Competencies necessary are available to carry out psychological counseling for children with teachers in al-Qabas kindergartens depending on the variable of specialization. The researcher recommended several recommendations including: Training follow-up process during the service in light of the entrance competencies. Also the researcher suggested several proposals, including: the effectiveness of a counseling program on the competencies required for teachers in Al-Qabas kindergartens to carry out psychological counseling for children.
