A1 البطنيجي، نجاح محمود حسن A2 أبو دف، محمود خليل A2 الصوفي، حمدان عبد الله A2 شراب، حمودة AB This study aimed at detecting the role of kindergarten teachers in the emotional and psychological care for children and to highlight the impact of the variables of the study which are scientific qualification, years of service, major and age on the role kindergarten teachers and then develop recommendations to develop their role in the emotional and psychological care for children. The researcher has used analytical descriptive approach and constructive approach to obtain necessary data to answer study questions .Also, the general count approach has been used for the study sample who is the kinder garden teachers in Gaza governorates during the scholastic school year 2013-2014. The study sample was 330 kinder garden teachers working in different kindergartens. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire as a tool for the study, which consisted of (30) items were checking the validity and reliability through applying to (30) kids garden teachers who were selected randomly for rationing study tool .The researcher has used the statistical program "statistical package for the social sciences, SPSS" to analyze the responses from members of the sample during the initial data that has been collected through the questionnaire. The results of the study showed the following: 1) The kindergarten teachers perform their role in the emotional and psychological care for children by 85.60%, a high percentage. The psychological aspect has the first position by %86.80. It's higher than the emotional aspect which reached to %84.40. 2) No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (at=0.05) in the mean estimates of the sample on the degree of kinder garden teachers practice of their role in the emotional and psychological care for children attributed to scientific qualification variable diploma, bachelor degree or higher. 3) No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a=0.05) in the mean estimates of the sample on the degree of kinder garden teachers practice of their role in the emotional and psychological care for children attributed to the variable of the year service. 4) There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a=0.05) in the mean estimates garden teachers practice of their role in the emotional and psychological care for children attributed to age variable (less than 30 years, 30- 39years, more than 40) in favor of kinder garden teachers whose age is 40 years and over . In the light of the results of the study the researcher conclude a set of recommendations including: 1) Kinder garden teachers should be aware of the emotional and psychological care importance on the growth of feeling of self -confidence, security and independence which are reflected on the children, help in up-growing these aspects through training them to express their feeling and to be responsible, this will help them to solve their problems and arguments with themselves and with others. 2) The communication and integration in the role of family, kinder garden and whole means of media (listened or seen) to deepen the emotional and psychological aspects for children. 3) Constructing a public union for the kinder garden teachers to guide and share experience in field of emotional and psychological care for children.
