A1 الغمري، إسماعيل محمد أحمد A2 البعلوجي، أدهم حسن A2 الرنتيسي، محمود محمد A2 زقوت، محمد شحادة AB Study aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of learning environment based on flipped classrooms in developing rhetorical and prosody skills among eleventh grade students in Gaza. The study tools are the rhetorical skills test and the prosody skills test. The study sample consisted of (60) students selected from eleventh grade classes in Shuhada Almaghazi Secondary School, affiliated with Alwosta Directorate of Education. The researcher adopted both the experimental and the descriptive analytical methods. The main findings of the study: 1) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05≥ α) between the mean scores of the experimental group students and the mean scores of the control group students in the post-test of the rhetoric skills. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05≥ α) between the mean scores of the experimental group students and the mean scores of the control group students in the post-test of the prosody skills. 3) The flipped classrooms environment has a significant effect on developing rhetorical skills among eleventh grade students in Gaza. 4) The flipped classrooms environment has an average effect on developing prosody skills among eleventh grade students in Gaza. In light of the above results, the study recommended replacing the traditional methods used in teaching rhetoric and prosody with modern ones based on the flipped classrooms environment. Such methods include excitement and have the potential to develop students' skills. This is in addition to conducting training workshops for teachers to instruct them on how to deal with flipped classrooms environment, so that they can apply it on their students.
