A1 دراغمه، ريما A2 بكير، مروان AB The study dealt with the theoretical background about the real situation of school libraries in the West Bank, and ways of developing and updating them through a central project for school libraries managed by the Central Library of the Ministry (National Institute for Educational Training Library) giving authority of schools through the web to manage their traditional libraries. This includes: lending and borrowing through librarians through a unified index and online content. All new feeds are delivered through the central library and distributed to all schools at home via the libsys and Web system, which provide and save money in the purchase of books and increase the diversity and make the relationship and benefit between the clusters of school in the exchange of information vessels and success stories. This, in turn, will enable schools in Palestine to benefit from a larger source of information with no need to possess or have more than one copy of the source. In addition, the effort spent in the preparation and induction will be limited to one-time performance, all are in parallel with financial and restrictive rules at the ministry of education in Palestine that are related to this purpose. The descriptive analytical approach was used in this research.
