To achieve this goal the survey method was chosen and a questionnaire consisting of (65) paragraphs was developed it was applied on a random sample of 298 teachers . The results of the study were confirmed by: The degree of implementation of the principles of total quality management in the basic government schools in the city of Aqaba In Jordan from the point of view of the teachers was medium and indicated that there were no differences of statistical significance at the level of (0,5 ≥ a) in the degree of implementation of the principles of total quality management in the basic government schools in the city of Aqaba In Jordan from the perspective of teachers attributed to the variables of the study.
