A2 خلف، سوسن صالح AB تتحدد مشكلة البحث بدراسة أهم الدوافع التي يمتلكها معلمو التربية الرياضية في المدارس الابتدائية نحو الدرس ومدى تأثير متغيرات الجنس أو الخبرة التدريسية عليها. وللتحقق من المشكلة استخدم المنهج الوصفي حيث اختيرت عينة من معلمي التربية الرياضية ممن يدرسون في الكلية التربوية المفتوحة بلغ عددها 20 معلمة و40 معلما حيث وزعت عليهم استمارة الاستبيان التي تحتوي على عشرين سؤالاً يمثل كل منها اتجاهاً إيجابياً أو سلبياً. وتوصل البحث إلى الاستنتاجات الآتية:1) تطابق نتائج الاتجاهات بمختلف أنواعها للمعلمين والمعلمات مع المستويات المعيارية لأداة القياس.2 ) عدم وجود فروقات معنوية بين اتجاهات المعلمين والمعلمات نحو درس التربية الرياضية. 3) وجود فروقات معنوية بين اتجاهات معلمي التربية الرياضية راجعة لعدد سنوات الخبرة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research problem was defined by studying the main motivations of physical education teachers in elementary schools toward the lesson and the impact of variables such as gender and teaching experience on these motivations. To investigate this problem, a descriptive method was used, selecting a sample of physical education teachers from the Open Educational College, including 20 female teachers and 40 male teachers. They were given a questionnaire containing twenty questions, each representing either a positive or negative attitude. The research concluded that the teachers’ attitudes, both male and female, aligned with the standardized levels of the measurement tool; there were no significant differences between male and female teachers’ attitudes toward physical education lessons, but there were significant differences related to teachers’ attitudes based on their years of teaching experience.
