A1 فرحان، وعد عبد الرحيم AB تعرّف فاعلية برامج كلية التربية الرياضية وتقييمها من وجهة نظر طلاب المرحلة الرابعة في جامعة الأنبار. تم اختيار العينة من طلبة المرحلة الرابعة وبلغ عددهم 67. استخدمت المصادر والمراجع والاستبانة كأداة للقياس. بينت النتائج 1) أن المنهاج لم يكن ملائماً لإعداد مدرس تربية رياضية قادر على تطوير مهنة التدريس وتحقيق الأهداف كما جاء في إجابات الطلاب عينة البحث وكانت ضمن المستوى الثاني وتقديرها متوسط.2) أن طرق التدريس والوسائل التعليمية لم تكن منسجمة مع الأهداف بدرجة كبيرة والمواد التدريسية هي الأخرى لم تكن كافية لإعداد مدرس للتربية الرياضية.3) إفتقاد المواد التدريسية إلى المواد الثقافية والتربوية والنفسية والتي تسهم في تنمية روح الإبداع والابتكار، وهذا ما أكدت عليه العينة في إجاباتها حيث كانت بتقدير متوسط. 4( أن المناهج كانت غير قادرة على الارتقاء بالدروس النظرية والعملية ولم تكن مسايرة للتطور العلمي بدرجة كبيرة وهنالك ضعف عند الطلبة بكتابة البحوث العلمية. 5( لم تكن الأجهزة والأدوات والوسائل كافية لتنمية مهارات الطلاب ولم يكن التطبيق كافياً لأن الدراسة في الكلية وحدها غير كافية لتخريج مدرسين ناجحين. 6( عدم وجود مكتبة خاصة بالكلية مما ولد ضعفاً لدى الطلبة في القراءة والبحث والاستعانة بها في كتابة بحوثهم وواجباتهم. (شمعة) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research consisted of four chapters, beginning with an introduction highlighting the significant global progress in education through scientific and strategic planning aimed at preparing qualified physical education teachers. It focused on evaluating the effectiveness of physical education programs at the University of Anbar from the perspective of fourth-year students during the 2006–2007 academic year. The study used a descriptive survey method with questionnaires and appropriate statistical tools, involving fourth-year students from the College of Physical Education between April and June 2007. Results showed that the curriculum was inadequate for preparing competent teachers, with teaching methods, materials, and resources insufficient and poorly aligned with educational goals. The materials lacked cultural and psychological content to foster creativity, and students struggled with scientific research writing. Practical training and facilities were also insufficient, and the absence of a dedicated college library weakened students’ research capabilities. Consequently, the researcher recommended revising the curriculum to allocate more hours for theoretical and practical subjects, establishing a well-equipped library, providing better teaching tools and classrooms, enhancing cultural and social engagement, increasing practical training, and organizing seminars to cultivate a passion for teaching, encourage research, and foster creativity and innovation among students.
