A1 الجميلي، سعد حماد. AB The study comprises five chapters. Chapter one, definition this chapter puts forward a definition of the research and importance in developing the physical and skillful abilities of students sports education university, It also touches on the problem of the research which lies in the lack of teaching program based on sound and scientific principles focusing on teaching students in college. The research aims at: 1) Providing teaching program for the students. 2) Studying the effect of the program in the developments of abilities. Chapter two includes the meaning of modules teaching and the importance beside the similar studies Includes. In chapter three the researcher used the empirical method in one of its primary design known as the design of two equivalent groups, being the suitable method for such studies. The sample comprises two groups each of 15 students. Chapter four presents the results, their analyses and discussions here the findings are used through test (T) for the symmetrical samples and non- symmetrical ones. It also touches on the development percentage which has been diagrammed and scientifically. Chapter five: Conclusion: 1) There are immaterial differences of the a posteriori- a posteriors tests of the two groups, in favor of the experimental group. 2) The percentage of developing the experimental group students was higher than the controlling group regarding. Recommendations: 1) The use of this program designed by the researchers in setting up similar programs to develop volleyball students. 2) The coaches should be more attentive to the tests adopted by the researchers, to gouge the physical, skillful abilities.
