The sample consisted of 157 teachers, who taught in the secondary schools of Tlemcen in western Algeria; Applied to them Maslash psychological burnout test, and Scale coping strategies Ondler's and Parker. After statistical processing using SPSS (20) the study revealed the following results: 1) Algerian teachers in secondary schools suffer from psychological burnout with degrees ranging from medium to high. 2) There was no statistically significant correlation at the level of significance of 0.05 between psychological burnout and coping strategies among secondary schools teachers. 3) There are no statistically significant differences at 0.05 significance level. in psychological burnout due to gender variable. 4) There are no statistically significant differences at 0.05 significance level in psychological coping strategies due to the gender variable.
