A1 دبار، حنان. AB This study aims to develop a tool to diagnose the reality of test anxiety in secondary school students. In order to achieve this goal, the known scientific steps were followed by applying it in its initial form, consisting of (40) paragraphs on a sample of 50 students. Psychometric characteristics were confirmed, where validity was tested using face validity ratio (80%) for experts agreement and the internal consistency validity where correlation coefficients ranged from (0.70 to 0.88).In addition, reliability was measured by internal consistency method using Cronbach's alpha equation where the coefficients estimated at (0.88), and with the use of split-half method using Guttman equation, where the reliability coefficient is estimated at (0.90). Accordingly, the scale has acceptable psychometric properties that make it suitable for the application consisting of (36) items.
