AB This research aimed to reveal the nature of the relation between the awareness of the Meta cognitive skills and the exams anxiety, that student of education colleges (scientific and art departments) in Riyadh, have, The study sample is composed of students of Group 3 which contains 532 students. As for the research tools, they were a- measuring the awareness of Meta cognitive skills, prepared by the researcher. B- Measuring the exams anxiety, prepared by D. Azza Alghamdi. The research results were as the following: 1-There is no statistical relation between the awareness of Meta cognitive skills and the exams anxiety regarding students of education colleges (both departments) .2- There is statistical relation between the awareness of meta cognitive skills and the learning students of education colleges (both departments). 3-There were no differences between who is more or less aware of the Meta cognitive skills in the exams anxiety. 4- There were statistical differences between who is more or less aware of the Meta cognitive skills in the learning in the face of awareness. 5-There were no statistical differences between the averages of the student’s grades in the Meta cognitive skills. 6-There were no statistical differences between the averages of the student’s grades in the exams anxiety.
