AB The problem with the current research is represented in the low level of expressional fluency skills, which appear in the fields of (creative speaking – creative writing) of the students of the second year of preparatory school. The research aims to identify the effectiveness of using the random excitement strategy in developing some expressional fluency skills for those students. The research group consists of 42 female students from the second year of preparatory school, knowing that the research uses the experimental design of a single group using a pre and post application. The results obtained from the x-research had an impact on the effectiveness of random excitement strategy in proving some expressional fluency skills in the fields of (creative speaking- creative writing) for the members of the research group. The differences were statistically significant at the level of (0.01) in favor of the post application in the creative writing skills test through the gradual performance estimation scale (rubric) for those skills, as well as creative talk test.
