AB The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the use of reciprocal teaching Home Economics Curriculum on habits of mind and the attitude towards the Subject to the students of high school and the sample of the study formed was (60) students in the first grade secondary rate (30) students as a control, and (30) students as a experimental group, in this study we used method quasiexperimental with experimental group using reciprocal teaching strategy and the control group by the usual way, as well as a guide for the teacher in home economics in two units (home department and the economics of the family), (childhood and family relations), and also preparation a scale for measuring for both the habits of the mind, and attitude towards subject of home economics. the study concluded that there are significant differences at 0.05 between the average scores of the two groups control and experimental differences in the variables of habits of mind and the attitude for the experimental group. Presence of statistically significant differences at 0.05 between the average scores for members of the experimental group in the variables of the habits of mind and the attitude. As well as to verify the effectiveness of this strategy and the outcome, results of the magnitude of its impact, by teaching the strategy of reciprocal on the development of habits of mind and the attitude towards the Subject was very positive impact on the experimental group.
