A1 المحمودي، معيوف بطي راضي A2 عبد الله، هشام إبراهيم AB This research aimed to identify the relationship between personality traits and quality of counseling services of educational counselors in Makkah, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (94) counselors from all academic levels of public education, and the researcher used Eysenck scale of personality, translation Abdul Khaliq (1991), and quality of counseling services scale prepared by Abdullah& al- Ghanmi (2016). The study reached to the following results: there is statistically significant correlation between personality traits and quality of counseling services, and there is correlation statistically significant positive between extraversion and quality of counseling services, while there is no correlation statistically significant between the quality counseling services and psychoticism, and researcher found correlation statistically significant negative between the quality counseling services and neuroticism, there are no statistically significant differences between the counselor specialists and non-specialists in personality traits according to the variable of specialization, while there is statistically significant differences in the quality of counseling services according variable of specialization in favor of specialists and finally may can predict by the quality of counseling services from extraversion. The researcher recommended to prepare some tests to harmonize between personality traits and counseling career when the department of counseling and guidance want candidateship some teachers for counseling, and make relationship with universities to preparing professional courses by academics better than that taken in the training centers.
