This research used experimental method due to its suitability with the nature of the problem. The sample of this study was chosen selectively from the third stage of department of physical education. This research aims to investigate the effect of the effective leadership teaching strategy using problem solving method in the development of creative thinking and the level of performance skills in futsal. In addition، compare the effect of effective leadership teaching strategy on solving problem method and the traditional method using two variables (creative thinking and the level of skill performance). After determining the study sample، method and the goals of the research, the experiment was conducted. The results were collected and analyzed statistically. The result showed significance statistical differences indication that the students were influenced by the effective leadership teaching strategy and according to the use of problem solving style. This resulted in improving their creative thinking and makes them feel the spirit of leadership to act and raise the level of skill performance which they have during training course. Also, it was more preferably by students from the traditional methods, as it gives them more flexibility and effectiveness to resolve any problem they face. Therefore، this research recommends the use of effective leadership teaching strategy in problem-solving in order to stimulate their creative thinking and improve the level of skills performance.
